But one common frustration that always rears its ugly head is managing the apartment turnover process.
From the time your tenant vacates the unit until your new tenant moves in, is what is known as the turnover. But complications arise when the move out is delayed, tenants want to move in early, too many turnovers and not enough crews, etc. This happens quite often and sets a bad taste with new tenants who move into a dirty home or an apartment with no running hot water. They start off on the wrong foot and sometimes the sour taste carries through the term of the lease. And no they probably won’t renew.
Sometimes the stress of dealing with tenants getting upset alone pushes property managers to call in emergency services just to deal with it especially between the months of March & August.
