First it’s always advisable to allow a professional to do it. At the very least if they’re not professional but have insurance you’ll be protected. At R&R Chicago Property Services we first clean your concrete and then after drying we seal it. This includes chemical treatment, pressure washing, dusting, and anything else you might require. Afterwards, the sealant is applied in order to protect your concrete from moisture, oil, grease, and more contaminants.
